We keep a small list of journalists who write about travel, horses, family, spa, design and food in the Alps.
What we store: name, outlet, desk, the publicly listed editorial address or business phone number, and the articles that match our topics. We collect no private addresses, no private mobile numbers and nothing from private social media accounts.
Source: your public byline, your outlet’s imprint and your published articles.
Why: we invite individual editorial teams personally and stay in touch. The basis is our legitimate interest in press relations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long: without a reply and without an article up to 24 months, then we delete the entry. We delete the download statistics after 12 months.

Recipients: we do not pass the data on to third parties. It sits on our own servers in the house.
Voluntary: you do not have to tell us anything. If you do not reply, we follow up at most once.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. One word to the press office is enough and we will never write to you again. For the block we keep only name, outlet and editorial address and delete everything else. You can also complain to the Austrian data protection authority (dsb.gv.at).
Our download statistics for images and the press kit only record what was downloaded and when. No IP address, no name. Naming your newsroom is voluntary.
